Report venue information

Open the venue in Nightlife NOW, tap Report Info, choose the closest category, and include the specific correction. Reports enter an automated verification workflow and do not immediately change public information.

Report a photo

Open the venue gallery, enlarge the exact photo, and choose Report Photo. The reported image is reviewed against the exact stored asset and may be removed while verification is completed.

Request a missing city or venue

To request a missing city, search for it in the app and follow the prompt to submit a city request. To suggest a missing venue, open the hamburger menu, select Help & Contribute, then choose Suggest a Missing Venue. Both requests must pass the same evidence, nightlife, municipality, and quality standards as automatically imported records.

Venue owners

Owners and authorized managers can claim or manage a venue. We verify that a person represents the exact venue before management tools open. A separate permission check applies to every submitted photo.

Venue Pro billing, cancellation, and refunds

Venue Pro is billed in U.S. dollars through secure Stripe checkout. Account owners can view invoices, update payment information, or cancel future renewal from Account & Billing in the owner portal. Cancellation keeps paid access active through the current billing period unless a refund or account-safety action requires earlier termination. Review the Terms of Use for the complete renewal and refund policy.

For a duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charge, email billing@getnightlifenow.com with the venue name and invoice reference. Never email a full card number, security code, password, or verification code.
