Using Nightlife NOW

Nightlife NOW helps people discover nightlife venues. Venue information can change quickly and is provided for planning, not as a guarantee. Confirm critical details directly with a venue and use ordinary judgment about travel, admission, safety, age restrictions, and alcohol consumption.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person or venue, submit unlawful material, attempt to bypass security or moderation, or use Nightlife NOW to harm others.

User contributions

When submitting a photo or report, you must provide accurate information and follow the exact contribution terms shown before submission. You must have the rights and permissions stated there. Submission does not guarantee publication, placement, or continued display.

Owner media uploads

When a verified venue representative uploads a venue photo, promotional poster, or menu image, they confirm that they own the media or have all permissions needed to submit it and authorize Nightlife NOW to host, process, reproduce, resize, crop, moderate, and display approved versions in the Nightlife NOW app and website for the venue listing and its authorized programming.

Owner media is privately processed before any public use and may undergo automated quality and safety review. Nightlife NOW may reject, remove, or stop displaying media that is unsafe, inaccurate, outdated, unlawful, misleading, rights-infringing, or unsuitable for the service. Submission does not guarantee approval, placement, or continued display. Private copies and review records may be retained when reasonably needed for moderation, security, audit, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Venue claims

Claiming a venue requires current authority to act for that exact venue. Verification does not transfer ownership of a listing, guarantee changes, or prove rights to photographs. Nightlife NOW may reverify, suspend, transfer, or revoke a claim when evidence changes.

Nightlife NOW Venue Pro

Venue Pro is an optional recurring venue subscription purchased and managed on the Nightlife NOW website. Current standard pricing is $99 USD per month or $999 USD per year, plus any applicable tax, unless a different price or authorized promotion is clearly shown before payment. There is no trial unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Before card entry, secure checkout shows the selected venue, exact amount, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, and available payment methods.

Venue Pro renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. The verified account owner can update payment information, view invoices, or cancel through the secure billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the already-paid billing period unless applicable law, a refund, a chargeback, or a safety or fraud action requires earlier termination. Free factual and gallery controls remain available after paid access ends.

Venue Pro permits clearly labeled, time-limited promotion and privacy-safe reporting. It does not buy organic ranking, guarantee impressions or attendance, override venue eligibility or safety review, conceal closure information, or guarantee publication. Promotions must be accurate, current, lawful, and authorized. Expired, cancelled, unsafe, misleading, rights-infringing, or unmaintained material may be removed automatically or by Nightlife NOW.

Billing disputes and refunds

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@getnightlifenow.com promptly with the venue name and invoice reference. Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Nightlife NOW in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for an unused part of a monthly or annual term or a short-term event. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not create a refund. If a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute occurs, Venue Pro benefits may be suspended or revoked immediately; free factual and gallery controls remain available.

Payments and receipts

Nightlife NOW LLC is the seller of Venue Pro. Stripe securely processes payment for Nightlife NOW. Charges, receipts, invoices, refunds, credits, disputes, and subscription status are recorded for customer support, accounting, taxes, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Payment details are encrypted in transit and card data is handled through Stripe-hosted checkout; never send card details by email or support form.

Intellectual property

Nightlife NOW’s software, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable law. Venue names and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightlife NOW disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for venue conduct, third-party services, changing venue conditions, or decisions made solely from app information.
